who called me?

This person sends me unpleasant messages and after he or she switches the number off. So i cannot call her back or do anything and i believe he or she knows me very well because they know my name.

they rang, nothing happened,

and on my trying to call back, the line was blank

This number keeps calling me between 1:00 and 3:00am every morning, I never answer as its just strange why they keep on calling that time when its a south african number, there's no time difference. Just find it strange.
